Ordering
Do you deliver?
Yes we do deliver - This is priced on distance from the Craving Cupcakes store. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email to discuss your delivery requirements.
Where are you located?
We are located at 241B Rosedale Road, Albany, Auckland. We are open Wednesdays through Saturdays.
How much notice do you need?
For cupcakes and treats we have some available each day we are open in our store. This is unless sold out.
For custom cakes- we only take on a limited amount of these so the more notice the better. Especially for wedding cakes, it is best to book them in as soon as possible.
For any other custom treats we typically need 1-2 weeks notice but this does depend on availablity.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
We have vegan, diary free, and gluten free products however these products are all made in the same kitchen where nuts, gluten and dairy are present so products may come in contact with these and or may contain traces of.
Do you offer cake tasting?
We don't offer this at this stage however you can taste our amazing cupcakes by coming into the store or ordering them online to see what our products are like. Keep an eye out as we may do some tasting boxes periodically throughout the year.
Do you do fondant cakes or buttercream?
We do fondant cakes, buttercream cakes and ganache cakes. Contact us for more info.
Do you take orders outside of your opening days and times?
We are at times, are able to cater to times and days outside of our opening hours. Please contact us and let us know what you are after, and when, and we can get back to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, eftpos, and after pay in-store, and have the added option of bank transfer for orders in advance. Please note that some bank charges may apply.
What size cake do I need to order?
Please feel free to contact us by completing our Contact Us page, and let us know how many people you wish to cater to as we can then work it out and discuss your options with you.
